Pride.
There are many meanings behind the word. Holding oneself to a high esteem. Indulging in feelings of self-satisfaction. A sense of one’s own dignity or value… self-respect.
Respect. Value. Dignity. Inclusion. Love.
We all deserve to feel the true meaning behind these words. At Adduco, we work extremely hard to create a culture of inclusion, a place where our employees can be their authentic selves, to live their truth.
The sad thing is many LGBTQ youth across the globe never get to feel the respect, value, dignity, inclusion and love we work so hard to offer here at Adduco. That is why we proudly support the mission of The Trevor Project.
The Trevor Project was founded over two decades ago to respond to the growing public health crisis impacting our LGBTQ youth. Did you know LGBTQ youth are four-times more likely to attempt suicide than their peers? It is a statistic that to this day remains to be the second leading cause of death amongst all young people in the U.S. Alone.
The Trevor Project is determined to end suicide among LGBTQ youth by providing lifesaving and life-affirming resources including a nationwide, 24/7 crisis intervention lifeline, digital community and advocacy/educational programs that create a safe, supportive and positive environment for all.
