Signode, a leading global manufacturer of a broad range of transit packaging equipment, warehouse automation, and after-market support solutions, will present its integrated automation technologies and system-wide innovations at MODEX 2026, taking place April 13–16 in Atlanta.
At booth B8311, Signode will demonstrate how its automation, packaging, and material handling technologies work together as connected systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational performance across a wide variety of food & beverage, consumer goods, e-commerce, and industrial manufacturing environments.
“MODEX is an important opportunity for us to demonstrate how Signode solutions integrate across end-of-line operations, warehouses, and the complete distribution cycle,” said Rick Hantke, Senior Director of Marketing and Product Management at Signode. “Our focus is on helping customers connect automation, packaging, and material handling technologies into cohesive systems that drive efficiency, reliability, and long-term operational performance.”
Signode will exhibit a unified view of its expansive portfolio, showcasing how smart automation, robotics, and load containment technologies work together to optimize material flow and end-of-line performance.
The booth will feature the latest Octopus® Prestige™ automatic stretch wrapping machine integrated with an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) forklift, demonstrating how connected automation can reduce manual handling, improve safety, and deliver consistent load containment.
A collaborative robotic palletizing demonstration connected to Signode’s LDX-RC case opener and LDX-RTB semi-automatic case sealer will showcase a flexible semi-automated packaging cell designed to increase throughput while maintaining adaptability across varied production requirements.
Visitors will also learn about the StorFast® Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) solution designed to maximize warehouse density, improve inventory control, and streamline product movement. Engineered for high-throughput operations, StorFast enables scalable automation, providing real-time visibility and seamless integration with upstream and downstream packaging systems.
In addition, the exhibit will include Signode’s SGP general purpose strapping solutions, anda comprehensive range of manual and battery powered hand tools to support more traditional packaging operations. Signode’s automation portfolio spans strapping, case packaging, ASRS systems, robotics, stretch wrapping, and protective packaging technologies, supported by Signode aftermarket solutions designed to maintain long-term system performance.
