Regennabis bridges the Global Cannabis and Hemp market from governments to corporate leaders
Regennabis, the leading provider of ESG Technology and Advisory Services to the regulated global Cannabis and Hemp Industry, has announced that its second Regenerative Cannabis Live Event will be held at the United Nations Delegates Dining Room in New York City on October 3.
The event was originally set for May 11 and has been rescheduled to better meet speaker and partner needs as the industry faces challenges amidst macro-economic trends and opportunities around likely regulatory changes.
“Already this year, the seismic forces impacting the industry have altered the playing field and are driving decision-making at all levels,” said Geoff Trotter, CEO, Regennabis, “yet we see clear signals from governments in Asia, Australasia, Europe, Latin America and in North America of positive changes impacting our industry. In discussions with our global community of speakers and partners, this additional time to plan for the event is both ‘appreciated and desired’.”
Seating for the annual event will be exclusively reserved for Regennabis Members, partners, governments, UN members, and global media.
“Regennabis’ knowledge of the cannabis & hemp industry and focus on sustainability, branding and ESG Frameworks – aligned to the Sustainable Development Goals – is groundbreaking,” said Will Kennedy, Senior Program Officer, UN Office for Partnerships.
Regenerative Cannabis Live (RCL) will unite more than 250 government and corporate leaders from the global Cannabis (‘Medical, Health & Wellness’ and ‘Adult-Use & Recreational’) and Hemp Industry. It will explore how they can deliver significant economic, social and environmental impacts and drive the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The event will feature more than 30 speakers, four panels, and six keynote addresses with ample networking opportunities within the United Nations. Government officials are expected to include Brazil, Colombia, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand and the United States.
The keynote addresses and panel sessions at RCL are an extension of the topics and discussions that form a significant benefit to Members of the Regennabis Member Network, which includes monthly meetings and webinars featuring expert guest speakers from the ESG, sustainability, branding and communications, and investor communities.
Regennabis’ inaugural in-person Regenerative Cannabis Live event, held on May 5, 2022, at the United Nations Delegates Dining Room, drew a capacity crowd, global journalists, and more than 1,000 virtual attendees.
