PCMC, specializing in the design and manufacture of high-performance converting machinery for the global tissue, nonwoven, hygiene, package-printing and bag-converting industries, has entered into a strategic alliance with Unitek Paper & Chemicals in order to further communication and collaboration with Turkey-based pulp and paper companies.
The formal agreement was signed at the recent MIAC exhibition in Lucca, Italy.
PCMC is an integral part of the new BW Converting Solutions (BWCS) platform, Hygiene Division. Istanbul-based Unitek Paper & Chemicals was founded by Dr. Umit Coskuner in 1999 as a consulting and engineering company designed to serve the rapidly growing paper industry in Turkey.
Unitek exclusively represents internationally renowned companies in the pulp and paper sector and will guarantee solid support to PCMC thanks to its deep integration and many years of experience in the industry.
This new agreement will help PCMC, Unitek and all the Turkish companies involved in the tissue sector that aspire to innovation, better performance and increasingly competitive results to grow under a new strategic framework.
