Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) – the global research and advisory firm focused on staffing and workforce solutions – has named Nicole Donahue, Vice President of Sales at Integrity Staffing Solutions, to its ninth annual 40 Under 40 list. This prestigious list celebrates the next generation of staffing leaders and recognizes individuals making significant contributions to the industry while still in the early stages of their careers.
Nicole, a results-driven leader and mentor, has been instrumental in Integrity’s national sales expansion. In 2024, as Senior Director of National Sales, she spearheaded strategic growth initiatives that led to a 35% year-over-year increase in gross profit across her region and helped secure multi-million-dollar contracts with Fortune 500 clients. In recognition of her outstanding performance, Nicole was promoted to Vice President of Sales in March 2025.
