Monadnock Paper Mills Welcomes Molly Rosenthal, Director, Strategic Business Development

January 20, 2026 News Releases, Public Relations

Monadnock Paper Mills, Inc.—the oldest continuously operating paper mill in the United States and a leader in technical specialty, premium printing, and packaging papers—announces the appointment of Molly Rosenthal as Director of Strategic Business Development.

Molly brings nearly twenty years of business development and sales expertise, along with a proven record of accelerating revenue growth, expanding market reach, and launching targeted initiatives across both established and emerging industries. She excels at identifying strategic opportunities, shaping compelling brand narratives, and aligning cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. Known for her ability to cultivate strong client relationships and manage integrated campaigns, Molly blends creative insight with commercial discipline in every engagement.

Most recently, as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Kirkwood, Molly played a central role in elevating brand visibility and driving sustained revenue growth across sectors including life sciences, luxury, and consumer goods. She built and repositioned marketing functions, launched high-impact campaigns, and opened new revenue channels by combining data-driven strategy with creative execution. Working closely with executive leadership, she aligned sales, marketing, and client engagement efforts while mentoring teams to surpass performance goals.

Previously, Molly served as National Accounts Manager for the Northeast at Mohawk Paper, where she developed and strengthened high-value relationships across luxury, design, and commercial print markets. She became known for her consultative approach—helping clients enhance their brands through premium paper solutions and influencing major print and packaging initiatives. Earlier in her tenure at Mohawk, she helped expand the company’s presence in the rapidly evolving digital print landscape, supporting regional sales teams nationwide and championing Mohawk’s premium portfolio to digital printers and strategic partners.

Molly’s strategic, solution-oriented mindset aligns seamlessly with Monadnock’s commitment to delivering innovative, high‑performance products and exceptional customer value.

Molly resides in Queensbury, NY, and holds a Liberal Arts degree from De Anza College.
