This easy-going Cali girl is also a former debate champion who is able to effortlessly boil down complex information into entertaining and easy to grasp concepts. Simona is THE go to marketer in the B2B communications space, frequently sought after to speak and educate about marketing, business development and sales. She’s also a popular fixture in the beauty, packaging manufacturing and printing spaces where she rarely meets a stranger. Perfectly connected, she loves to network and help other entrepreneurs thrive. You’ll usually find her in the middle of a crowd sharing a funny story or having a “heart to heart’ with someone she just met. Down to earth, kind, fun and smart are just some of the ways to describe our fearless leader. She’s not just bossy, she’s the boss. And we couldn’t ask for a better one.

She runs a tight ship and makes sure you know it! Our managing director works tirelessly to make sure all client needs are fulfilled and every client’s expectations are exceeded. A whiz at media relations and account management, Christina has extensive experience in public relations and marketing, and has worked with some of today’s biggest stars and most popular brands. If you want to find Christina in a crowd, she’s likely the one with a Starbucks cup in her hand telling you about the funniest meme she just saw on Twitter.

Meet Adduco’s talented creative director Heather Thomson. As an experienced strategic marketer and branding specialist, she’s been behind some of our most successful campaigns. You’ll usually find her behind her Mac with a strong espresso or styling a hardscape to get it just right. Building client relationships, listening to customer needs and developing unique and innovative strategies that bring consistent results is her specialty.

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

This scientist turned marketer has a flair for organization and we wouldn’t want her any other way! Able to grasp technical and scientific concepts easily and quickly, she is a valuable asset to our clients and team. As a senior account manager, Kristina is responsible for handling the day to day operations of an account, from sending out press releases, reporting on client successes and spearheading special projects. When she’s not diligently working on one of her client’s important projects, you’ll find her toiling in her garden or working out at the gym.

A graduate of FIT’s prestigious international trade and marketing program, Silvana knows a thing or two about fashion and beauty, but with a strong background in engineering, she’s a jack of all trades. Keeping accounts organized and flowing is her superpower — and she does it with ease. She’s the embodiment of “I’m on top of it Rose” and she does it all without breaking a sweat. You’ll usually find Silvana at the gym — at like 5am (!) when she’s not working or making us all laugh with her dry and witty sense of humor.

Donna is a seasoned videographer and producer who has developed incredible content for our clients around the world. A literal joy to be around, you will not be able to stop smiling in her presence. Always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job (and the shot!) done, you may find her climbing a ladder to get the best angle or telling a joke to help an interviewee relax. Everybody’s bestie from the moment you meet her, Donna is a bright light shining on Adduco and proves we only work with the best people.

Maria is our social media maven and star content developer. She understands social audiences and what resonates with them. Having the excellent ability to organically grow audiences and get better engagement with each post, Maria is an incredible resource for our clients and team. When she’s not on her computer or phone engaging with audiences for our clients (which is like never), you’ll find her hanging around uber cool Durham, painting or scrolling through the cute dogs on Instagram.
